Quotes and Payments
We provide free quotes for our services based on the information provided. Final prices may be subject to change if circumstances or physical requirements change. We typically require a deposit to secure a booking, with the remaining payment due before or upon completion of the service. We accept various payment methods, including major credit cards, bank transfers, and cash. Cancellation fees may apply for bookings cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled service time.
Customer Responsibilities
As a customer, you are responsible for providing accurate and complete information regarding your moving services, including correct locations and details of items to be moved. You must ensure that all items are properly packed and ready for transport at the scheduled service time, unless you have requested our packing services. You are also responsible for notifying us of any special circumstances or restrictions at the pickup or delivery locations, such as limited access, parking restrictions, or time constraints.
Prohibited Items
We cannot transport hazardous or illegal materials, including but not limited to: flammable materials, explosives, weapons, illegal drugs, and toxic chemicals. Additionally, there may be restrictions on the transport of perishable foods, plants, animals, jewelry, important documents, and items of significant sentimental value. Please consult with us before arranging transport if you have doubts about a particular item.
Liability for Damage or Loss
We are responsible for providing our services with reasonable care and skill. In the event of damage or loss resulting from our negligence, our liability will be limited to the amount specified in your quote or service agreement. This liability only covers authorized items and those listed in our inventory. It does not cover damage resulting from circumstances beyond our control, such as severe weather conditions or unforeseen accidents. We strongly recommend obtaining additional insurance for high-value goods.
Third-Party Services
In some cases, we may use subcontractors or third-party service providers to carry out certain aspects of our services. While we carefully select our partners, we cannot be fully responsible for actions or omissions resulting from these third-party providers. We will work as an intermediary to resolve any issues that arise with third-party service providers, but these services may be subject to additional terms and conditions from the service providers concerned.
Cancellation and Postponement of Services
If you need to cancel or postpone a booked service, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellation fees may apply as follows: Cancellation 7 days or more before scheduled service: Full refund of deposit. Cancellation between 2-7 days before scheduled service: 50% refund of deposit. Cancellation within 48 hours of scheduled service: No refund of deposit. We also reserve the right to cancel or postpone services due to circumstances beyond our control, such as severe weather conditions, major traffic issues, or emergencies. In such cases, we will endeavor to reschedule your service at the earliest possible convenience.
Intellectual Property Rights
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, software, and other materials, are the property of Al Biaan or licensed to us and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Your use of our website grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the content for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, display, transmit, modify, sell, or exploit any portion of our website content without prior written permission from us.
Modification of Terms

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Both parties agree to seek to resolve any disputes amicably through direct negotiations. If an amicable resolution is not possible, any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be referred to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
